Lake Clark National Park Subsistence Resource Commission to Meet October 3, 2026

The National Park Service’s Lake Clark National Park Subsistence Resource Commission fall meeting will be held in Nondalton on Saturday, October 3, 2026. The meeting is open to the public. Call in information is as follows:

The meeting will be held at the Alsworth Improvement Corporation Building, 1 Flight Line Road, Port Alsworth, AK 99653. It will begin at 1:00PM on Saturday, October 3, 2026, and is scheduled to adjourn for the day at 4:00PM or when business is completed. There will be a community luncheon prior to the meeting at 12:00PM.

Topics to be covered include reports from the nine-member commission on subsistence issues and concerns, updates from NPS staff, management issues, cultural and wildlife research and monitoring activities, and Federal Wildlife Regulations.
