Join Guide/Sportsman Billy Molls On An Epic Alaska Fishing Adventure In 2024

We profiled hunting guide Billy Molls back in 2019 (see cover above), and the nut of the story we wrote focused on Molls’ passion for giving his clients the hunting (or fishing) adventure of a lifetime in Alaska and other areas. This is one of Billy’s quotes that stood out in the story:

“I’m not so much about getting a 28-year-old kid that’s an ultra-marathon runner a Dall sheep. I want to get one for that 65-year-old man with two artificial knees who worked his full life so he can finally afford to go on his dream hunt,” says Molls, referring to one of his most memorable hunts.

“This guy’s only got one climb up the mountain, so he’s got to make it count. For me, that’s where I get the most satisfaction and personal pride in what I do. I really try to take all my time and experience to make the client’s dream a reality. It makes it pretty rewarding.”

If that sounds like something you’d want to experience, consider Molls’ invitation to host a once-in-a-lifetime fly-out fishing trip on Alaska’s Mulchatna River. Here are some details on the July 17-23, 2024 trip.

Alaska Fly-Out Fishing Adventure Hosted by Billy Molls
I personally invite you to join me in experiencing one of the greatest wilderness fishing adventures Alaska has to offer. I personally guided in this camp four years in the early 2000’s and I’m excited to return to rediscover the solitude, camaraderie, excellent food, and of course, the world-class fishing! The giant king(chinook) salmon should be at the peak of their run. Great-tasting sockeye(red) salmon will line the banks. Native rainbow trout, arctic grayling, dolly varden, and arctic char are also plentiful and make for great action on the fly rod or ultra-light tackle.

A rustic, but comfortable wall tent camp overlooking the pristine Mulchatna River serves as your home for 6 nights. You’ll enjoy coffee as the sun rises above the rolling tundra hills. After breakfast your guide will lead out on the water for a morning of fishing. After a delicious shore lunch, you’ll be back on the river fighting salmon until supper. Evenings are spent around the campfire with beverage choice and stories shared.

This intimate, personalized camp accommodates a maximum of 16 guests per week. This is an unforgettable, all-inclusive adventure for families or ol’ fishing buddies. Contact our team today to experience the ultimate Alaskan wilderness fly-out fishing adventure!

I look forward to sharing in this adventure with you!
