Board Of Game To Host January 9 Wasilla Meeting

NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING OF THE ALASKA BOARD OF GAME

The Alaska Board of Game (board) will conduct a one-day work session in Wasilla on Thursday, January 9, 2025, at the Best Western, Lake Lucille Inn, located at 1800 W. Lake Lucille Drive. The meeting will begin at 1:30 p.m. Meeting topics include agency reports, board committee reports and assignments, approval of the 2025/2026 board meeting dates and locations, and other administrative business. The board will not be taking any regulatory action during the meeting.

The meeting is open to the public via live video for which the link will be posted online at https://www.adfg.alaska.gov/index.cfm?adfg=gameboard.main the day of the meeting.  Live audio will also be accessible by calling +1 253 215 8782 and entering the meeting ID: 885 2216 9846.

The board will not be taking oral testimony during the Work Session but is accepting written comments. Comments can be submitted online at https://www.adfg.alaska.gov/index.cfm?adfg=gameboard.meetinginfo&date=01-09-2025&meeting=wasilla. Comments can also be mailed to: ADF&G Boards Support Section, P.O. Box 115526, Juneau, AK 99811-5526; or sent via fax to (907) 465-6094.

The deadline for submitting written comments to be included in the meeting workbooks is Friday, January 3, 2025. Once the meeting begins, comments will be accepted online as record copies, by hand delivery at the meeting, or via the above-mentioned fax number. Comments submitted during the meeting are limited to ten single-sided or five double-sided pages in length from any one individual or group.
