ADFG Proposes Day-Use Permit Fee Increase For Stan Price State Wildlife Sanctuary At Pack Creek
NOTICE OF PROPOSED CHANGES TO DAY USE PERMIT FEES FOR THE STAN PRICE (PACK CREEK) STATE WILDLIFE SANCTUARY IN THE REGULATIONS OF THE DEPARTMENT OF FISH AND GAME
The Alaska Department of Fish and Game proposes to increase fees for day use permits for Stan Price State Wildlife Sanctuary (Pack Creek), to $30
The Alaska Department of Fish and Game proposes to adopt regulation changes in Title 5 of the Alaska Administrative Code, dealing with day use permit fees for Stan Price State Wildlife Sanctuary (Pack Creek), including the following:
5 AAC 93.037(a) is proposed to be changed as follows:
for a day use permit for the period from April 1 through September 30,[PERIODS FROM JUNE 1 THOUGH JULY 4 AND FROM AUGUST 26 THROUGH SEPTEMBER 10,] the fee is $30 [$10] per person per day;
The intended effect of this amendment is to implement a single day use permit fee for all uses during April 1 through September 30.
You may comment on the proposed regulation changes, including the potential costs to private persons of complying with the proposed changes, by submitting written comments to Chad Rice at the Alaska Department of Fish and Game, P.O. Box 110024, Juneau, AK 99811-0024. Additionally, the Department of Fish and Game will accept comments by facsimile at 907-465-4272 and by electronic mail at chad.rice@alaska.gov . The comments must be received not later than 5:00 p.m. on Friday, January 24, 2025.
You may submit written questions relevant to the proposed action to Chad Rice by email at chad.rice@alaska.gov or by mail at P.O. Box 110024, Juneau, AK 99811-0024. The questions must be received at least 10 days before the end of the public comment period. The Department of Fish and Game will aggregate its response to substantially similar questions and make the questions and responses available on the Alaska Online Public Notice System.
